Odeh Olive Wood, Bethlehem Since 1983, located in the heart of Bethlehem, the family-run Odeh Olive Wood Factory has created some of the world’s most beautiful handmade olive wood art. To create their hand carved olive wood pieces, Odeh use only olive branches carefully pruned from local olive groves, never cutting down the trees, to preserve them for generations to come. The branches are dried for a year or more before the wood becomes ready for use.
